Before this work, I spent years as a NASA Research Scientist. I am not someone who accepts things on faith or is easily impressed by claims. I came to hypnotherapy because it worked on me — after years of trying everything the conventional system offered, including therapy and medication, for my own panic attacks at 33 and again at 53.

I’ve been certfied in High Perforance Coaching and part of a small group of practitioners of Advanced Conversational Hypnotherapy. I work as an orthopedic bodywork specialist at Fit Body Therapy in Los Altos, California, with a specialization in functional restoration — which means I understand the body’s role in panic at a level most coaches don’t.
