Nature of Services

The Higher-Powered Life offers personal development coaching and conversational hypnotherapy sessions provided by Angelo Dela Cruz. These services are for personal growth and educational purposes only. They do not constitute and are not a substitute for licensed medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or any other regulated health service.

Angelo Dela Cruz is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, active suicidal ideation, or require clinical diagnosis or treatment, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.

The Complimentary Panic Reset Session

The complimentary 45-minute Panic Reset Session is offered at no charge and with no obligation to purchase further services. Availability is limited and subject to Angelo's schedule. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule sessions at our discretion.

The session is a coaching conversation designed to help you identify patterns and explore options — it is not a diagnostic assessment, a treatment plan, or a guarantee of any specific outcome.

No Guarantees of Results

Coaching and hypnotherapy results vary significantly between individuals. While many clients report meaningful shifts, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Testimonials and client experiences shared on this website reflect individual results and are not representative of what every client will experience.

Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are engaging these services voluntarily for personal growth purposes
• You are not currently experiencing a psychiatric emergency or acute crisis requiring immediate clinical intervention
• You understand that coaching is not therapy and does not replace professional medical or mental health treatment
• You will communicate openly and honestly to the best of your ability during sessions

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your complimentary session. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of your spot.

Confidentiality

All session content is held in strict confidence by Angelo Dela Cruz. We will not disclose information shared during sessions to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law (including mandatory reporting obligations where applicable).

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and methodology descriptions — is the property of The Higher-Powered Life and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
